I think the title of this post pretty well sums up what this post is going to be about. I kept seeing a bunch of anibloggers post in the last day or so that they were going to be doing 12 Days of Anime, and I realized that I forgot to write mine. Hah, whoops!
So, yes, I will be doing 12 Days of Anime this year! Yay! I did it last year and it was such a fun experience. It was a good way to challenge myself at the end of the year and I found some really interesting new blogs thanks to it. It was great! Aside from the enjoyment factor, I also have no reason not to do it again this year. Last year I was finishing up finals and babysitting along with the usual end of year shenanigans when I somehow managed to complete 12 Days of Anime. I broke my leg just over a month ago (are you guys tired of me talking about that yet?) and since I had to have surgery, cannot walk on it, and it was still swollen at my last doctor’s appointment I am not cleared to go to work. Or do anything other than sit at my computer and watch anime. So…I figured if this year is the one time I SHOULD be doing 12 Days of Anime, I should do it.
Alright, so that was really all I was going to say. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what was coming. I have some really fun posts coming this time, at least I think so anyway, and am really excited for you all to look at it. I am also working ahead and have already started writing some. If you want to join in on the fun you can check out the original post from Perpetual Morning here, the 12 posts I wrote last year here, and the sign-up sheet/way to keep track of everyone’s posts here.
12 Days of Anime starts December 14th and goes until December 25th, so I hope you guys come and check out all of the fun!
See you then!
- Keep track of how many times I mention my broken leg during the 12 days and then tell me so I can profusely apologize afterward!
